Whisk together matcha powder and hot water

150ml milk of choice

Whisk together matcha powder and hot water
Steam milk and syrup together
Pour steamed milk into cup
Gently pour over prepared matcha
Strawberry Iced Matcha
INGREDIENTS
50ml Prepared Matcha
15ml MONIN Strawberry puree
150ml milk of choice
Ice
METHOD
Whisk together matcha powder and hot water
Steam milk and puree together
Pour steamed milk mixture with ice into cup
Gently pour over prepared matcha
Garnish with Strawberries
Summer Iced Coffee Lattes

INGREDIENTS
20ml MONIN syrup
1 Double espresso
150ml Milk or dairy-free milk of choice
12oz cup of ice
METHOD
Add Ice, milk and MONIN syrup into cup and stir.
Pour over espresso to create a layered effect.
Garnish as desired.
